QT02016AVSN won't start

20KW QT02016AVSN, engine cranks short while won’t start, overspeed, not overcrank, light comes on. Can smell no fuel, tank full, pulled plug, no spark. Guessing some form of engine kill at work here cutting spark and fuel. Ideas??

Does this have the r200a controller? If it is flashing overspeed after a few seconds of cranking I would start with the magnetic pick up sensors. Ohm them out first and make sure the end didn't get cut off.
