I finally found out NAPA's part number this filter. It is 7080, and it costs32.99. For the life of me, I cannot understand why this filter would cost so much. The filter for my Dodge Ram diesel only costs about $10.00. Go figure

I would like to know how they crossed the oil filter over. Just because there is no number cross yet. I can't see that filter costing so much. Funny list price from Generac is 20.00. go to another napa and see or just buy from some dealer on this fourm.

My experience with NAPA is unless you are an established customer, they charge retail instead of net. The NAPA Gold filters are rather expensive regardless. The WIX filter equavilent, 57080, sells in the range of $20.00 net.
