Superb Generac Diagnostic Repair Manual available

Generac has posted a superb diagnostic repair manual for the following generator "models":

6KW NG, 7KW LP
9KW NG, 10KW LP
13KW NG, 13KW LP
15KW NG, 16KW LP
16KW NG, 18KW LP

The manual is part number 0G4338, Rev. C, dated 06/08.

There is a wealth of information in this manual. It has schematics for each stage of both the transfer switch and DC control within the generator with power flows highlighted in color so that you can fully understand the operation of each system. Each pin of the large connector to the controller board is fully defined - something that is missing from the owner's manual.
