Changing Over Gen.to Run On L.p.

I Went Thru The Initial Start Up For My Gen.model 04390 15kw Generator...changing Orifice To Run On Propane;;the Problem The Gen.runs At Full R.p.m.since Start Up..was Told I Only Needed One Regulator To Run Gen. I Am Using The Same One That Runs Home..do I Need A Seperate Regulator To Run The Generator..is There Such A Reg.known As A Vapor Mist Reg..any Help Will Be Appreciated...

I'm not sure of the question here. The 4390's do not have the quiet test feature, so they will not run at 2300 RPM's during their exercise. They should always be running at full speed. 4390's will run around 3590-3640rpms or 59.8-60.2 HZ at no load.
