Generac states a life expectancy of approx. 3000 hours for their air cooled generator engines. Do they indicate what the life expectancy of the 100 amp auto transfer switches to be? In other words, how many cycles of switching back and forth between utility power and generator power can normally be expected out of the transfer switches? Thanks for your input.
