I asked my dealer if he had ever encountered an expolded battery. He had. Twice. The first time he chalked it up to a cheap battery. The second battery blew up while his tech was working on a customer's unit. A good lawyer would have a field day with this. Litigious world we live in sorry to say.
Too many coincidences to ignore. My dealer had no idea it was happening to others until I told him. I fear if there was a good communication forum more would show up. Generac better deal with this before someone gets acid in their face and the money damages get significant. Kelly, you said you would relay to Generac. I think you need to be the conduit to get this out for people.
