Ziller Electric has a nationwide network of authorized dealers that are ready to assist you. By ordering your In-Home survey, our local authorized dealer will come to your home and conduct a thorough evaluation of your electrical backup needs. Our Dealers are the experts in the field when it comes to standby power and you will be able to discuss topics such as budgetary concerns, critical loads vs. whole-house power, and the timeframe for installation. They will also quote you any additional work that that may be necessary to complete the installation. The price of the In-Home survey is deductable from your order of the basic installation package when you order within 30 days of your original purchase.

*Step 2 - Order Your Generator and Basic Installation Package*

Now that you have your complete "turnkey" price, including cost for the generator systems and installation, you can go ahead and place your order with us. Remember, the price of the In-Home survey is deductable from your basic installation package if ordered within 30 days of the original order. Ziller Electric will assist you with estimated delivery times.

*Step 3 - Installation*

Once your unit has been delivered, your local Dealer will set up a time for the installation. The installation should take 1 - 2 days depending on the amount of work that needs to be done. Once the installation is complete, your Dealer will walk you through the installed system to make sure you understand the backup power process. They will also be present for the inspection by your local jurisdiction to make sure the installation meets the local requirements.

Most of all, your dealer will be able to answer any questions for you along the way of this process. They are your local expert that you may contact. Make sure to ask them about their scheduled maintenance options so you can ensure your new purchase will be working efficiently for years to come.
